Nurse

We’re looking for a part-time Nurse for our new Columbus Center for approximately 14-16 hours per week. This team member will provide patient care involving STD/STI Testing & Treatment and  Pregnancy Testing.


As a Nurse with Collage, you'll be a part of a mission to provide holistic sexual health care that supports the whole person—physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, relevant, and grounded in emotional and relational maturity. Success in this role requires a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach.


This team member will work out of the Columbus Center. Initial training will require travel to our Grand Island and Kearney Centers.


  • what you'll be doing...

    • Providing clinical services in accordance with level of expertise and training.

    • Documenting patient care and maintaining patient medical records.

    • Providing patients with health education, medical care/follow-up referrals, and other pertinent referrals. 

    • Conducting follow-up appointments with patients as indicated.

    • Discussing clinical questions as needed with the Center Director.

    • Providing support to other staff as needed.

    • Ensuring proper disinfection of medical equipment and the exam rooms.

    • Participating in staff meetings as required.
