Admin/Finance Coordinator

At Collage, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that those who face the unexpected will have someone to walk alongside them in Kearney, Grand Island, and Columbus. Your leadership will guide the administrative, financial, and donor engagement efforts that empower our mission.



This team member will work in the Kearney Center, approximately 18 hours a week.

    • You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

    • You have five+ years of related experience.

    • You have a sincere eagerness to serve where needed to fulfill the Center’s mission.



  • what you'll be doing...


    • Overseeing general bookkeeping procedures involving accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, taxes, annual audit, budgets, reports, etc.

    • Assisting the Executive Director with the care of our donors

    • Documenting administrative and financial processes

    • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal reporting

    • Providing insight and assistance to the Executive Director as needed

    • Serving where needed in all fundraising efforts

    • Participating in Directional Team meetings
