Collage has been approved by the Nebraska Department of Revenue to offer our donors special tax credits under the Nebraska Pregnancy Help Act (LB 937), a true win-win for our donors and the women we serve.
A NEW WAY TO MULTIPLY YOUR IMPACT
Nebraska taxpayers can now receive nonrefundable tax credits for donations to approved pregnancy help organizations. That means if you estimate that you will owe state taxes in 2026, you can direct up to 50% to Collage.
Beginning January 1, 2026, $1,000,000 of tax credits have been authorized by the Nebraska legislature. Funds are dispersed on a first-come, first-served basis across Nebraska. The demand will be very high, so don’t delay. Talk with your tax advisor and complete the form as soon as possible so we're able to submit them to the Department of Revenue on January 1. This will help ensure that funds are available.

After we receive your submission, we’ll contact you if any clarification is needed.
Starting January 1, 2026, we will submit applications to the Nebraska Department of Revenue in the order they are received. If the State approves your application and tax credits are still available, you will have up to 60 days from the date of our submission to make your donation.
Contributions must be approved by the Nebraska Department of Revenue to qualify.
